Even though multitasking is considered as a benefit, typical people naturally don't do multitasking. Doing some things at the same time is known to
decrease the productivity. Rather than doing multitasks at once, being focus on the specific task and give your best effort to it will be able to increase
the productivity. When doing multitasking, your focus is divided which is impossible to focus on specific task. On the other words, multitasking is the

late, lack of physical activity, and the overuse of technology are a few of the major habits that our current generation is developing.
As a night owl, staying up late can create bad eating habits. Cutting back on sleep increases the likelihood of indulging high calorie foods which may
eventually lead to obesity. As the lead study author at the University of Pennsylvania, Andrea M. Spaeth tested a group of 27 participants who went to
bed at 10 pm and another group of 198 who went to bed at 4 am. Their results concluded that the second group had consumed significantly more food
than the first group. As Spaeth stated, the longer we stay awake, the more time we get to eat high fat foods.
Staying up late does not only lead to overeating, but it also weakens your immune system. If you're staying up late, you're probably getting sick
frequently because you're not getting the recommended hours of sleep. According to a study in the "Cancer Research" journal from researchers at the
University of Chicago and University of Louisville, poor quality sleep can speed cancer growth, increase tumor aggressiveness and weaken the immune
system's ability to control early cancers.

I am even late when I try to surprise her by having a romantic moment at home, which by the way, is not good at all if I want her to have a good
concept from me. In the same way, being late to my job has caused several conflicts between my managers and me, since I am in the restaurant
business, no lateness is allowed. For instance, a couple of weeks ago, I missed 3 tables and a bonus of $400 because I went 20 minutes late to work; if I
would have gotten early to the place I would have not missed that money. As a result, I lost that money and got punished for a week at my job.
Then, being lazy has also caused me a lot of problems mostly at my job. Since the restaurant business requires lots of energy, because the place
may get very busy, it is very common that a person ends up tired, but in my case, it causes me more than just being tired, making me think about
resting instead of collecting more money for my family, specially for my son's education, since I want him to have the best one around. As a result,
this problem has given me lots of losses at work; since my lack of interest in working hard has been so constant I lost too much money, money that
could have been used for so many things such rent, home expenses and treats that I would have loved to give to my family.

I can definitely relate to Patsy, about the bad habits. If I could remember how I acted as a child, then I would try to work towards that. I feel like I
started my habits at a very young age because, my past was difficult and I knew it was wrong with what I went through. I feel like I can tell people
what I went through as a kid which, I was sexually abused. But I know I have to drop it and move forward because I feel like it is holding me back.
I started to close off my happiness towards the males in my family. I noticed that the people who hurt me, did not bother me anymore because my goal
was to not be around them anymore. That is when I started to feel comfortable with not talking to people about how I was feeling because I felt

Get support from family, friends, or others that have had the same habit but were able to break away from it. Start by letting the people around
you know that you are working on your habit. It 's okay to ask the ones around you for their help. Do not ever think of asking for support as a sign
of weakness. Many will be glad and praise you in your unselfish attempt of improving yourself and your life. If your habit happens to be the addictive
kind, you might want to seek the help of a professional. If your habit has addictive qualities they are a lot harder to overcome and usually will require
some medical treatment.
