Vehicle Remarketing Manager (April 2015 to present)
My current role entails management of a third party remarketing vendor, my duties consist of, but are not limited
to the following:
Enforcement of auction policy and NAAA Standards via third party vendor
Development/Implementation of Remarketing policies and procedures
Monitor and resolve aged inventory
Attend Local Auctions
Partner with internal and external customers to maintain workflow

Vehicle Remarketing Representative (January 1998 to April 2015)
Provide administrative support to the Vehicle Remarketing Internal and External Groups. In this role, I serve as team
lead and subject matter expert for the Internal Auction Group. My duties consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
• Assign vehicles to auction based on location
• Price vehicles based on overall condition, utilizing Black Book and Manheim Market Report
• Prepare and send titles and affidavits, in advance of auction
• Review and Approve Salvage Repossessions based on level of damage and fees owed
• Partner with internal customers (Bankruptcy, Impounds, and Reinstatements) to maintain work flow,
reduce errors and prevent oversights.
• Monitor and resolve aged inventory
• Manage escalated auction issues
• Attend Local and Out of State auctions
o Monitor Costs
o Ensure collateral is placed in appropriate certified program

o Verify that auction proceeds are correct
Notable:
• Developed, from the ground up, interdepartmental process to secure collateral that was deemed a total
loss and subsequently abandoned.
• Approached management and Senior management for approval
• Partnered with Insurance Auto Auctions, a new vendor at that time
• Created a calculator by which collateral is judged
• Created and continue to maintain a tracker of past and current inventory
To date, this project has netted 3MM dollars in revenue.
• During the integration of a newly acquired aquisition, I was required to travel out of state on multiple
occasions, to train and acclimate new associates into the Vehicle Remarketing Department and into the
company culture. Remarketing was handled as a bi-coastal entity. My responsibility was training,
resource management and effective use of all systems. I served as the go-to person and team lead in
both sites.
• Recently, I was involved in the renegotiation of all contracts with our auctions vendors. This project
resulted in a savings to the company of 1.8MM annually.
