Paris not present at meeting and good work on website and ideas by all.
1.) Discuss Presentation
Group to go away and look over the PDF. File on learning Network and to start
ideas about what to put in, ensuring they are stating why. Group to meet on
22/11/11 to get the bulk of content for the presentation complete. Bradning and
style to be decided at a later date.
2.) Deadline of pre-pitch for presentation
Pre-pitch aimed to be done at the end of Week 10 and early Week 11. Deadline to
get first draft of pitch done and all supporting material by 30/11/11.
3.) Web and promotional 2.0 work
T-Shirt design was not able to be finalised because all members of group weren’t
present, thus Tuesday 22nd November is the FINAL deadline to get them ordered
to ensure they arrive before the end of term. Other promotional ideas and
supporting material is as follows:

2. 5.) Facebook Page
Decided that it should be split. Currently the page deals with Drama Production 1
module and Multi-Media Project 1. Decided that they are to be split and a new
Drama Production one to be created and content transferred over.

Next meeting to be at 12pm in MMC on Tuesday 22nd November to discuss
presentation and finalise T-shirt and business card designs and to get them
ordered.
