This document discusses Kirkpatrick's four-level training evaluation model. The four levels are: 1) Reaction - collecting feedback from trainees through surveys; 2) Learning - assessing knowledge gained through pre- and post-training tests; 3) Behavior - determining if trainees have changed their behavior and can teach others; and 4) Results - measuring outcomes for the organization like increased productivity, employee satisfaction, and quality of work. The objectives of the training program discussed are to improve communication, leadership skills, motivation, and creativity among employees.
