• Project Introduction: The purpose of this project is to
develop an all-in-one charger that provides a convenient
and versatile solution for charging multiple devices
simultaneously. The project aims to address the increasing
need for a single charging solution that supports various
devices such as smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and
other portable electronic devices. The project goals include
designing a compact and portable charger with multiple
USB ports, incorporating fast charging capabilities, ensuring
compatibility with a wide range of devices, implementing
intelligent charging technology, and incorporating safety
features.
• Quality Objectives: Our quality objectives are focused on
delivering a high-quality charger that meets or exceeds
industry standards and provides an exceptional user
experience. These objectives include developing a charger
that meets safety and performance standards, ensuring
compatibility through rigorous testing, minimizing defects
and warranty claims through robust quality control
processes, and continuously improving the charger's design,
functionality, and user experience based on feedback.
• Quality Standards and Regulations: We adhere to
relevant industry standards and regulations for electrical
safety and electromagnetic compatibility. Additionally, we
comply with international standards such as ISO 9001 for
quality management systems. Our commitment extends to
following applicable environmental regulations and striving
for eco-friendly design and manufacturing practices.
• Quality Roles and Responsibilities: Our quality
management involves various roles and responsibilities.
The project manager has overall responsibility for
quality management and ensuring adherence to the
quality plan. The design team is responsible for creating
a charger design that meets quality objectives and
standards. The testing team conducts thorough testing
to identify any issues or defects and ensure compliance
with quality standards. The manufacturing team
implements quality control processes during production
to maintain product consistency and reliability.
• Quality Assurance Activities: To ensure the quality of
our charger, we conduct several activities. These include

requirements are met, prototype testing for
performance and safety validation, production testing to
identify and rectify defects, and documentation control
