Responsibilities also included site analysis and documentation, Design/
Technical Review, supervision, part of a team of CRSSI/ ADIA staff to review
the conformance to the requirements.
Reviewing co-ordination and shop drawing for electrical work, samples and
other documents submitted by the contractor, inspection of materials and
equipment delivered to the site and in conjunction with client, approve all
items to be in the work, responding to requests for information and in
conjunction with clients.
This project is a new headquarters facility is capable of housing up to two
thousand employees of ADIA on one site, housing ADIA offices and its
supporting services including executive suites, conferences, training and
shipping/receiving facilities. The estimated construction cost is confidential,
the facility consist of 38 levels & 42 level , approximate 100,000 square
meters, 400 seat auditorium, health club, 2 management floors and 8 levels
parking garage and health club.

3. • MARKAZ AL Jimi Shopping Center at ALAIN-UAE:
Responsibilities: Electrical works including project management and
design review for all electrical works including power, lighting, telephone
and structuring cables, intercom system, sound system (PAS), CCTV,
access door, earth system, lightning protection system, fire alarm system,
under floor truncking, BMS,UPS, emergency light
This project consists of refurbishment and expansion of the existing
vegetable and meat market and converting it into a shopping mall of
47,000ft2
. The mall includes a Hypermarket, retail shops, food court,
family entertainment, and a cinema complex. In addition to the building,
the project includes a 1500 car park, a loading and unloading area,
landscaping and fountains.
Responsibilities include the review and comments on all electrical
submitted design drawings in all stages of the design concept, preliminary,
final and tender documents as well as the load calculation.
 National Bank of Abu Dhabi:
Responsibilities: Electrical works including project management, design
review and supervision for all electrical works including power, lighting,
telephone and structuring cables, intercom system, sound system (PAS),
CCTV, access door, earth system, lightning protection system, fire alarm
system, under floor truncking, BMS,UPS, emergency light.
The Headquarters will consist of 36 floors of which 3 underground parking.
The new headquarters banking facility’s landmark design stands
prominently against the Abu Dhabi skyline with its striking features, and
shall reflect the importance of the client as the leading bank in the UAE.
The geometry of the building shows a 39 story tower over an inverted
glass pyramid at the base of the building, the ground floor features access
to the branch bank as well as to the tower floors. The total GSM for the
building is approximately 42,000 m2
.
Responsibilities include assisting the senior electrical engineer in review of
the drawings, and all other Electrical Elements to assure client needs and
expectations.
 Ruwais Housing Complex Expansion RUWAIS Housing
Complex-UAE:

consists of ultimate 2,500 residential units combined as Villas and Flats,
with all community support facilities. Phase one of the Project will consists
of 750 units, two High Schools, two Primary Schools, a Grand Mosque and
a community Mosque, Central Garden, and a Commercial Center to
support both current and future expansion.
 Horse Racing Grandstand Abu Dhabi, UAE:
Responsibilities: Electrical works including project management, design

access door, earth system, lightning protection system, fire alarm system,

Project for the PWD, the project consists of horse race viewing
Grandstand accommodating 1,800 public seats and 150 seats for the VIP
area. The facility includes one service floor, two public floors, and one VIP
floor overseeing the racing track .VIP arriving lobby, Royal Family Hall, 6
VIP Suites and 2Royal Suites. The facility depicted Traditional
Mashrabiat’s and Cooling Towers that carry the steel structure roof.
 American Community School- Abu Dhabi:
Responsibilities: included carrying out supervision of the electrical and
low current works in accordance with the technical specifications,
reviewing co-ordination and shop drawing, samples and other documents
submitted by the contractor, inspection of materials and equipment
delivered to the site, approve all items to be in the work, responding to
requests for information.
This project is consists of two phases, phase one serves an extension to
the main school building playing fields to meet the demanding on growing
requirements of school and phase two includes anew Gymnasium
building to felicitate all the required physical activities and to hold
local/international competitions.
