DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing Quantities for Electrical equipments & Low Current Systems i.e. Fire Alarm & Voice
Evacuation System, Public Address System, CCTV System , Access Control System, Data &
Telephony System, etc….
• Installation knowledge of all kind of electrical systems such as Transformers, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs,
Light Fittings, Lighting Pole erections, Cable tray, Trunking, Conduting and cabling & wiring.
• Installation of Low current system devices as per manufacturer recommendations.
• Assisting specialist supplier on Low current system testing & commissioning.
• Preparation of Method statement, Installation program and check list for all the installation, Testing
and commissioning activities and assigning the foremen, subcontractors and technicians accordingly
to complete the project as per the specifications and drawing.
• Coordination of complete Electrical systems to execute the project as per the Specifications and
applicable standards.
• Discussion with QC Team.& Project Engineers ,Consultant for the execution of the Electrical systems
in the project and the necessary approvals of installations, Testing and commissioning.
• Supervise and Monitor all activities of installation, Testing and commissioning for the proper
workmanship, and applicable standards.
• Necessary coordination with all other related services for the effective and smooth completion of the
project as per the schedule.
• Allot Manpower on day to day basis to carry out the work and monitor the for timely completion as
Per project schedule. Organizing the materials required a day before the actual start of work.

scale, mixed-use development that would include 30,000 homes, nine hotels
(including The Address Downtown Dubai), 3 hectares (7.4 acres) of parkland,
at least 19 residential towers, the Dubai Mall, and the 12-hectare (30-acre) man-
made Burj Khalifa Lake.
