3. Find out what it is that you want to change.
Prioritize what should be accomplished first (most important/ less important).
List the things needed to be done according to short-term and long-term goals.

4. Set goals that are achievable and realistic.
Time management, give yourself a time line to meet your goals.
Motivate yourself by completing desired goals.

5. Evolve by setting, doing, and accomplishing your goals.
Push forward and challenge yourself with each goal, even goals already accomplished.
