Background
17 - 18 December 2020
5
Children's programs are now more important to parents (Davidoff et al.
2006; Lee et al. 2007)
Various methods followed by families to handle all the children activities
(Taylor and Swan 2005; Tolmie et al. 2002)
Managing the refractory actions are one of the greatest challenges faced
by parents (Child Mind Institute)
Concept of “Smart System” can be the potential to solve the existing
problem (Lee et al. 2006; Sendra et al. 2018)

Discussion
17 - 18 December 2020
11
Activity Recognition and
Diagnostic Approach
Satisfactory accuracy in activity recognition has achieved which is 94.44 % while the average run
time was measured 2.5 seconds.
Emotion-Aware Big Data
Framework
The accuracy in terms of recognizing emotion demonstrated higher than 80.87%.
Health Care Monitoring
System
Identifying and monitoring children’s health issues; particularly, ADHD, mental health, and
diabetics shows potential robustness.
Bed-Activities and Vital
Signs Monitoring System
The accuracy of detecting and alerting falls from bed, monitoring heart and respiration rate is
significantly higher than 95%.
