Terminal Manager (8 Years)
● 2011-2016- Successfully managing a terminal in San Lorenzo CA. Servicing the
everyday challenging Bay Area with a 65 DR terminal. Under my management are 3
supervisors, 18 PD city combo drivers, 4 office clerks, 6 dock workers,3 mechanics, and
5 Line drivers.
● 2009 to 2011- Successfully managed a terminal in San Leandro CA. Servicing the
everyday challenging Bay Area with a 48 DR terminal. Under my supervision was 3
supervisors, 31 city drivers, 12 office clerks, 8 dock workers, and 3 Line drivers.
● 2008-2009- Successfully managed a small 13 DR operation in Spokane Washington.

Pick Up and Delivery Operations Manager (2+ Years):
● Manage pick up and delivery operations, ensuring that freight is loaded/unloaded, and
delivered/picked up in accordance with established safety and cost standards.
● Plan, assign, supervise and evaluate employee/contractor work load, as well as interface
directly with external and internal customers, contracted drivers, and all levels of terminal
staff.
● Ensure all driver files, equipment, hours of service, safety, and all other procedures, and
practices are adhered to as they apply to the policies and regulations of all DOT, OSHA ,
State, and local government organizations.
● Weekly visits to customer locations in order to provide open communication, excellent
customer service, and meet all carriers needs.
● Daily audits of all SOP's and paperwork in order to meet and exceed company policy
expectations.
2. Terminal Operations Manager (6+ years):
● Manage dock operations, ensuring that freight is loaded/unloaded in accordance with
established safety and cost standards.
● Plan, assign, supervise and evaluate employee workload, as well as interface directly
with all levels of terminal staff.

rapid and accurate judgment and decision making.
Inbound and Outbound Supervisor (3+ years):
● Oversee loading and unloading of freight. Managing due dates to ensure customer
service.

● Dispatching of drivers over the road, intrastate as well as interstate.
