• Managing delivery of prioritised high priority In-Life issues (defects) for development, E2E test to
deployment and User acceptance test.
• Delivering temporary tactical solutions or workarounds for priority defects that cannot be resolved in the
current release.
• Liaising with user groups to ‘trial’ the workarounds and get agreement on FTE allocation for the fixed
temporary term until strategic fix is released.
