2. Pre-Production is a step in film production in which certain key decision
are made. Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production are stages of
production.
The script is written. A short description of the film is outlined called a
synopsis. Actors who play characters in the film are casted. A Budget is
set. Locations are scouted, props are chosen and music is determined.

2. Production Manager is in charge of the stage. Transporting,
organizing and acquiring the equipment and props.
