emphasis on Leadership Development
 Designed and implemented a plan to develop an interdependent safety
culture within the production department in Sabah, Malaysia which
included offshore on FPSO Kikeh understanding that leadership is the

 Reviewed HSE Management System for the FPSO.
 Lead a team to perform an Operational Integrity Compliance Audit on the
FPSO
 Performed incident investigations on the FPSO as well as in shore base

 Designed and facilitated numerous training programs for Bangladeshi
nationals in leadership, safety and operations programs (drilling,
completions and work over). Particular emphasis was put on
communications, emotional intelligence, Hazard Assessment and Controls
/ Incident Investigation.
 Provided on-site management on two gas well blowouts in remote
northern village of Bangladesh
 Completed a second year as on-site manager of all aspects of Operations

safety supervisors (gas release, fire control)
 Performed Incident Command duties for firefighting and well control teams
