offshore experience in the marine fields and shipping industry. Creative and tenacious problem

profession. This experience includes operating as chief engineer onboard various types of ships

established in UAE and running major inspection and maintenance contracts for major
Oil&Gas operators in UAE (Adma, Zadco, TOTAL ABK..etc.).
Expert-level knowledge utilizing wiring schematics, flow charts, and state-of-the-art
testing and diagnostic tools to maintain key mechanical systems at maximum
operability.
Adopt deliveries of individual and group training; develop and modify SOPs, conduct
hands-on training in mechanical repair, equipment operations, and component

Marine vessels and barges inspection as per international standards and major Oil&
Gas client requirements.
Do pre- Vetting ADNOC inspection for all types of vessels.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the marine operations, performance and maintenance of all marine vessels
including 4 diving support vessels, 8 supply boats, 2 fast crew boats and 1 jack-up barge.
Work closely with the Marine operations manager and advise Masters and crew in
expediting marine activities on board our fleet
Carry out periodic internal audits conforming to ISM /ISPS/ISO 9001 /ISO 14001
standards on board Company's Fleet of vessels.
Keep vessels aware of safety, security and environmental regulations changes as issued
by international regulatory bodies
Ensure that the company's QMS procedures are maintained and developed
Perform internal safety and security audits including report preparation on board and in
the office.
Coordination of external audits and vetting.
Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions
Participate in Investigations/ Root Cause Analysis of accidents/ Incidents and prepare

Organise head office and ships filing system (Technical) and maintain records of all
vessels including instruction books / manuals.
Ensure the implementation of all company programs / policies with respect to, watch
keeping, recording machinery performances, completion of log books and maintaining
the vessel in good working order.
Establish and maintain proper records for supplies of machinery and equipment,
develop a directory of local and international manufacturers of equipment installed
on the company’s vessels.

interventions to measure conformity of the vessels against IMO and Class requirements
Prepare technically accurate and timely survey reports, and follow up the close out
action of any non-conformity, provide technical support via all forms of communication
