4. Real Estate
i. Financial and Investment Analysis- All expenses and possible gains of a project,
process of determining success of an idea or concept towards completion.
ii. Market Analysis- Research of the area,the amenities, the community to find
value in a property, concept, or project.
iii. Equitable Design and Development- How will the real estate project fit into the
surrounding environment, does the project fill a need, does it better the
community, local resident perspective.
