KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Coordinated the transference, installation, introduction and production personal training of several production lines
for the new product VCO from Japan to Mexico, which started with a capacity of production of 0.7-million/month.
• Participated, at Osaka Japan, in the development, construction and set up of a high-tech Laser Trimming Machine
(500 K USD Investment), which was being used for VCO frequency adjustment, this new machine increased 200 % the
production capacity helping the company to expand his sales in America.
• Leader in the transference and installation of the equipment from Boston USA to Mexico. During this transference
of 6 months, 40 Persons participated in this project.
• Development a new product and manufacturing process that help to keep the patent of a product that generate an
annual profit of 76 million dollars. (Product Index Maker).
• Responsible to establish a research and testing laboratory, that supported the initiatives of the company to launch
new products efficiently way, reduce develop costs, reduce time of develop and better product.
• Leader of the project for reduce scrap in process, saving about 80,000 USD in 1 year.
• Co-Owner of patent for easy peel labels that represent 39% of the total sales of labels products (90.5MM).
• Co-Owner of the patent for Easy Peel Index Maker that represent annual sales of $76MM.
• Designed 2 manual packaging lines for increase the capacity of the production lines.
• Designed the mechanical parts and the control system (PLC Program, pneumatic cylinders connection, PC-PLC
interface) of an Automatic Optical Inspection System for PCB components visual inspection. This machine reduced 5
% of the scrap and also reduced 3 people by day.
• Designed and modified a manual station of clean and dry of PCB into an Automatic Machine, this improvement
reduce 6 persons by day and increase a 25 % the capacity of this unit.
• Designed an automatic cover machine (Mechanical parts and control system) for insert the cover in the product
tuner, this machine reduce 4 persons by shift and helped to increase the capacity of the line in an 8 %.
