Introduction
In today’s market, most brands are opening mortar and brick stores, bringingconsumers
shoppingexperience. Consumersare leaningmore into havinga connection with the products
theywear, eat, and use. This is the main reason The Sneaker Traveler (TST) is openinga brick
and mortar store in OrlandoFL.
Background and Purpose
TST hasbeen launchingsneaker conventions for the sneakerhead, hype seeker, collector
consumers over 6 statesand more than 2,500 attendeesper convention. These conventions
provide local sellersand brand sellers to connect with consumers. These conventions have
brought music, sports,entertainment, fashion, culture, and art together, to bring consumersa
form of storytellingand shopping experience. At the moment TST lacks to bringconsumer this
experience daily. It is TST goal to open a mortar and brick store to continue to connect with our
consumer. Mr. Fiegthiswill not only bringmore sales to your brand KITH, but will also help you
gather data for future establishment outside California and New York City.
Proposed Plan of Action
TST is proposing to open a brick and mortar store in Orlando FL. This expansion to be named
Cutura will focus on promoting brand name products, and local designer products, providing a
large and exclusive selection of sneaker wear. The first step of this proposal is to obtain local
permitsand a strategiclocation in the heart of Orlando FL. Buildingthe strategiclocation to
bringconsumers and experience with music, art, and cultural sneaker history. Gaining
employeesthat will carry the brand of the store.
