I worked with Geoff at CareOne Debt Relief for multiple years. He was one of our top producing
Financial Coaches. Geoff consistently met all goals that were set in front of him. He was
looked at as a leader by his peers and always contributed to the department’s growth by
bringing new ideas for improvement. Geoff also contributed to developing some of our training
material by sharing best practices that made him successful. These were ultimately used to
develop our new hires.
Geoff also did a great job handling sensitive situations when customers would call in. He
showed great empathy as well as clear direction for the customer and helped put plans into
place when the customer felt there was no light.
At CareOne, Geoff worked out of his home office in Florida. He always stayed focused and
seemed to work very well in that environment.
As a previous manager, I would highly recommend Geoff. I believe he would be a great asset.
