Conducted all safety policies and procedures regarding the Shepard Energy Centre Lateral of 15.8 Km of 20” natural gas pipeline as
per the prime contractors SSSP and Clients SMP. Audited prime contractors documentation to ensure SSSP and SMP was being
adhered to in accordance to policies, then after five weeks continued the Safety Inspector’s roles monitoring Prime contractors
performances on eight other pipeline projects from Edmonton Alberta West/Northwest to Calgary South.

Enbridge Energy (Woodlands Pump Station Project) Kearl Oilsands, contract on pump station upgrade
project, AB

Conducted all safety policies and procedures while working at the pump station upgrade. Ensured all work was being performed in
accordance to the prime and general contractor safety binders. Advised, coached and mentored all workers in understanding hazards
and ensured they understood how to fill out FLHA with proper controls for the hazards. Site inspections, bump monitors, filed all
safety paperwork, and conducted weekly safety meetings and morning tailgate/safety meetings
2. Safety Consultant Contractor -Pembina Pipeline Corporations

Conducted all safety policies and procedures regarding the Prime contractor at a live facility during the insulation of a pump stations
upgrade. Ensured the general contractor and sub-contractors met the requirements in said contract regarding all policies and
procedures, audited all work and documents to ensure they stayed in compliance. Issued, along with the chief inspector, ground
disturbance and hot work permits. As the Pembina Pipeline Corporation lead Safety Consultant on this project, there was an excess of
8000 Man-hours without an LTI, FA or an Incident of any kind
