Events Brief
The BYAHENG TOURISMO will be on Dec. 02, 2022, at Bohol Cultural Center to
be participated with the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from first
year to third year students. This event serves as an eye opener to young tourism
aspirants to unlock different doors of opportunities related to tourism industry.
There will be two segments namely seminar and search for Mr. & Ms. Tourism
Personality 2022. The chosen winner will receive different prizes.
For the success of BYAHENG TOURISM, various working committees will be
necessary, and we will describe these committees in a separate post. To ensure that
everything proceeds well, each working committee will carry out its own role.

Threats Solutions
1. Medical help for the participants (ex. Fainting, difficulty in
breathing, etc.)
Call Red Cross for medical help.
2. Overcrowding in hallways and corridors. Assist participants and visitors according to their seating
arrangements.
3. Public shaming of audience (ex. booing and shouting) Respond privately to avoid chaos or trouble or seek assistance from
the City Police.
4. Electrical wiring that may cause fire. Check fire exits and fire extinguishers. Call BFP for help.
5. Electrocuted due to improper placement of electrical wires. Call Red Cross to perform First Aid and call

(Clean asyou go) after a successful event the following are the
guidelines:
Where spill kits are kept around the premises.
Where and how to dispose of refuse and packaging, etc.
The appropriate sanitizers for different tasks.
The essential clean as you go tasks to complete during peak time,
suchas spills, wiping surfaces after touching raw meats, etc.
The areas of primary concern, such as surfaces, equipment,
walkways,etc.
Where to store clean work equipment.
