a responsibility of an every organization
to take little efforts for the well-being of
the environment or the society.

Competencies & Key indicators
1. Strategic Planning : It is a process where planning takes place
with a view to provide betterment for the well-being of the
society.
• The key indicators are as follows :
a) Ensures foresightedness
b) Facilitates proper delegation of work
2. Good Implementation : When planning and organizing is done
effectively; it is the next step which helps the organization to achieve
its responsibility towards its desired goal.
• The key indicators are as follows :
a) Ensures proper planning
b) Better understanding of the project
3. Analytical Thinking : It is a process of thinking
of what can be done for
the betterment of the society.
• The key indicators are as follows :
a) Analysing the current market
b) Coming up with some alternatives
4. Face Challenges : It is the situation where the person needs to be
physically and mentally strong and must have the ability to face it.
• The key indicators are ass follows :
a) Ability to face the challenges in any situation
b) Use appropriate way to come out of the problems
5. Effective Communication : It is the communication which
takes place at all levels in the organization
and even outside the
organization.
• The key indicators are as follows :
a) To ensure better understanding of the language
b) To enhance interpersonal skills
6. Creativity : Creativity is itself a something new or
innovative done for the betterment of
the society.
• The key indicators are as follows :
a) Facilitates for planning the events
b) Facilitates for the donation
