A qualified and experienced CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector. Since
completing education a total of 30 years of my employment has been in
the Engineering and Construction industry, mostly overseas from the U.K.
I have been I Asia for the last 20 years. In these years overseas I have
been in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Managerial position is
certified to ISO 9001. It has been a very challenging and interesting period
of my career and has been an invaluable source of experience working
alongside many nationalities in many countries achieving compliance to
numerous local and International specifications and standards. My aim is
to use this experience to further develop my career.

Activities : Construction of a Lube Base Oil Project employed with the Main Contractor to coordinate
and supervise the verification of civil, Mechanical, Painting, Insulation, Welding. NDE
(NDT) and all other Inspection activities carried out in accordance with the requirements by
means of site surveillance (with 20 members at peak) and regular auditing. Overseeing the
completion of mechanical completion dossiers and ensuring timely and systematic
completion of documentation for handover.

Client/location: Star Petroleum Refinery. Map Ta Put. and Rayong. Thailand
Activities: Ensuring efficient execution of Q.A./Q.C. activities for the erection of 99 tanks and 7
spheres. Controlling the main contractor tank age Q.A./Q.C department consisting of 3
inspectors and a technical clerk as well as supervising subcontractor Q.A/Q.C department
of 25 personnel. Duties included reviewing and ensuring the QMS (Quality Management

department Manager and not as an independent chief.

Activities : Coordinating Main Contractor Inspection department of 7 members. Ensuring compliance
to project specifications and requirements for civil, Mechanical, Rotary, Piping, Structure
and Equipment disciplines. Duties included Vendor evaluation and auditing, document
control. Procurement monitoring, Product identification and servicing control tractability,
Welding and NDE (NDT) process review and control Non-conformance and Corrective
action control.

Activities : Working within the subcontractor Q.C. department of 10 to ensure NDE and Inspection

Duties included MDR documentation and report compilation. Product identification and
trace ability, Weld and NDE process control, raising Non – Conformances and their closure
upon satisfactory completion of their disposition.

Activities : Engaged in a technical capacity within a comprehensive CAA and NAMAS/NATLAS
Accredited Test house. The authority provided fill NDE inspection for a aluminum and
bronze foundry to MOD specifications and all areas of contractual site work including
petrochemical and heat treatment processed. Duties included formulating inspection
techniques, Conducting Radiographic, Magnetic, Penetrate (fluorescent) and ultrasonic
inspection of weldments, Fabrications and castings.

Activities : A challenging opportunity to work in an technical capacity whilst traveling for a seven
month period to remote and hostile countries such as South America (Brazil & Uruguay)

NDE (NDT) and all other Inspection activities carried out in accordance with the requirements by means of site surveillance (with 20 members at peak) and regular auditing.
