5. Short Term:
My goal is land an entry position at Universal Music Group as

MidTerm:
Lead a successful Team of artists to achieve a viral hit or meet/
exceed their goals to be well-known within the industry. Have
some placements in the industry by 2026 to establish myself as
a serious manager.
LongTerm:
My longterm goal is invest in myself and establish a music
label for the underprivileged/and artists that I believe in that
don’t quite have the help they need to achieve their dreams/
realize their dreams. I would have a physical space where any
artist can come in and be better than they were when they
came in. Mentally, physically or artistically. I want to achieve
