I began to collect ideas and various pieces of research such as collecting various images for a mood board such as looking at the logos that other media
companies use. From this I began to look for the types of advertisements that they used to present the image of their channel. From this I could then begin the
analyse what they did to generate ideas of my own.
I also began my ideas generation, producing a mind map from what I had seen from previous clips.
From my ideas generation, I began to work on my storyboard as well as completing the Ethical/H&S Sign off

began work on production.
2. I began by creating a sphere with the ball tool (Shift + O by default.) I then began by creating my surface for what would become my planet by giving the surface
a name and colour (q by default.)
I then opened up the surface editor (F5 by default) and applied one of the pre-sets to my object. From this I could change some of the properties of my object,
however decided not to.
I then saved this texture and then saved my object. I deleted the surface from the sphere and began to work on my meteorites.
3.
4. To work on my meteor, I took my original sphere and went into Point mode (Shift + G by default) and began selecting points and moving them into various
positions until I created my meteor. I then surfaced this, saved it and then continued editing it until I had created 2 more meteorites with different shapes.

I began working in Layout to set up the paths for all my objects. I began by opening the template that I had been given which was set up at the correct frame
rate and resolution. I then began to import my assets one by one into layout by going into file then going down to import then selecting objects.
5. I then began to create the points for all my objects within the scene, using my story board to help me with the timings. I moved an object by selecting it and
selecting the point on the timeline where I want to add a key frame. I then use the move tool (t by deafult) to move my object around within the scene, and
using the rotate tool (y by default) to ajust the angle. I then double tap the enter key to create a key frame on the timeline. I repeated this for all of the objects.

6. I completed my path work in layout and began to render my scene out.
Date: 17/12/13
7. I have begun my post-production in Adobe premiere pro by first opening the template file that I downloaded off the Moodle site. This allowed me to be sure my
aspect ratio and frame rate was correct.
I then went to file then import and imported my scene as numbered stills. I right clicked on my scene that was now in the library and selected interpret footage
and disabled the alpha channels. This gave me a transparent background that I could place a separate image onto to give me a background. I trimmed the time
of the background down to 30 seconds to fit in with the timeframe of my scene.
8. I imported the music that I was going to use from Moodle and sliced out the section that ran over 30 seconds. I then added a fade out for the final 5 seconds of
the track to hide the end of the music by holding the Control key an left clicking on the volume line on the audio track.
