I used the envelope pan to move the
audio gradually from the right
speaker to a central stereo sound.

I used the envelope pan to make
the dogs barks seem as if they
were to the right of the listener
and also reduced the volume to
make the sounds seem distant
and drowned out from the storm.

I reduced the volume of the thunder to
create an atmosphere of being inside of a
building with the storm being outside.

I added a reverb to the sound of
the footsteps in the corridor to
give the impression of it being
vast, empty and quiet.

I merged2 different sounds the thunder to make it a
long continuous thunder storm but used 2 different
sounds to add some variety to the audio.

I used the pan effect to give the impression of the fuse
moving across from the right to the left of the listener
as If the fuse was going right past the listener.
