Media Final Script for Romance/Drama
![Script
~Hazel walks into the library and moves through the bookshelves looking for a book~
~Finding the book, she reaches out to grab it, but as she does another hand reaches to grab the same book. Looking up, Hazel
sees Jason both are love struck~
Voice over: There are moments where you find love at first sight.
[A montage of hazel and Jason getting to know each other ending with a kiss scene]
~Fades out~
Voice over: But sometimes things aren’t meant to last.
~Outside Jason tells Hazel something that can't be heard then leaves. Distorted Hazel drops to the floor~
Voice over: But if you’re lucky, old love may turn into new love.
[10 Years Later]
~Scene shows Hazel talking to her boss~
Hazel: WHAT?! I'm being assigned to a different department. I thought-Boss: I am sorry about the misunderstanding.
~Fades out~
Hazel walks into her new office and sees her new boss, she gets a flash back to when she first meet Jason. She greets
everyone and her new boss walks up to her.
Jason: I take it you’re the new girl.
He looks deep into Hazel's eyes making her feel uncomfortable.
Jason: Have we met before?
Hazel: No, I don't think so.
Jason: Must be my imagination. Anyways, welcome to your new job.
Voice-Over & Text-on-Screen: A new job could mean the restart of a dead heart.
fades out to late at night, Hazel is leaving the office thinking she is the last one to leave she is surprised to see her boss still at
the office they wait for the elevator together but before it arrives her boss starts talking.
Jason: You know, I can't help but think that we’ve met before.
Hazel: Maybe you saw me somewhere; I used to spend most of my time in the library.
~Jason looks surprised~
Jason: The library. It can't be...
~He leans in and they kiss. Shocked Hazel slaps Jason, and he smiles~
Jason: It is you.
