System Engineer at Harf Information Technology
• Working as an operations engineer for the backend of 2000 subscribers, Involving monitoring number of virtual
and physical servers.
• Performing administrative tasks in our environment through many applications and services in booth system
and network wise.
• Troubleshooting customer problems in form of phone calls and online communication.
• Performing maintenance for servers and computers issues.

• Installing and configuring computer room, Network infrastructure for Holiday Inn Dead Sea and
Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea.

between resort and outside suppliers to be coordinated.
