2. Why did you choose the BA Business and Irish over other courses?
Well, to be honest, I really enjoyed Irish at school, I wanted to do business but also wanted to
keep using the Irish language and therefore I chose to do Business and Irish. I wasn’t thinking
longterm when I picked this course.
Outline what you thought about the course
The most important thing I learned was how to deal with a lot of pressure, especially in the
final year of study. It’s a good course and I learned a little about all aspects of business.
Why would you recommend this course?
Because Dr. Ciarán Mac an Bhaird lectures on this course.
3. What did you think about university life. Did you enjoy it?
I really enjoyed it. I met with a lot of new people and the majority of people were friendly.
What are you doing now
I am working in Vodafone Ireland on their graduate programme. I founded Smartmail Ltd. Last
year and the company is still operating under M2C Engineering on campus. I am enjoying the
graduate programme, I am learning new skills and it’s a great place to work.
