As a professional entertainer and events organiser, Iam outgoing, friendly and positive with an eye for
detail and planning. I have been working in care homes and sheltered housing schemes since 2001
and am well respected by management for the way I relate to them and their residents. Currently I
work in approximately 280 Care Homes and 40 Sheltered Housing Schemes. Running my own

Currently I entertain in up to four care homes or Sheltered Housing Schemes per day

Entertaining and promoting shows in Spain. During this time, I returned to the UK several times a year
to continue work with Care Homes and Sheltered Housing Schemes.
Organised stage shows: putting on these shows required finding venues, promoting, ticket
distribution, organising fundraising competitions, finding suitable door staff, designing adverts
and posters, collecting money and paying acts
Contract management for both venues and supporting performers, negotiating prices and
managing budgets
Sourcing and hiring acts from the UK including organisation of accommodation, food and
travel arrangements
Shows were run ten nights a month, ten months of the year: acts included top international
tributes as well as original artists, for example Chas Hodges (Chas and Dave), Lena Martell
and Ricky Valance
Shows organised by Jukebox Promotions, both here and in Spain, were predominantly a
platform for raising money for charity: to date approximately £40,000 has been raised in Spain
for “Help at Home Costa Blanca”
