In the past 29 years I have had the opportunity to experience a vast amount of catering environments, including hotels,
leisure centres, conference centres, restaurant, commercial and welfare catering.
During my time with Birmingham city council I have further developed my skills in management. This has included
responsibility for the organisation and planning of weddings, celebration, theme evening,. Royal visits, events for the
local MPs
This has include Meeting with clients to discuss the plans and draw up full inventory for their event
During my time at Sutton Coldfield Town Hall I have been responsible for the organisation and smooth operation of the
venue all bars and the catering, which required me to meet the demands of a wide activity programme.
Including .Refurbishment programs, brochures, new menus, wine list, the ordering and receipt of provisions and goods,
setting up contracts with supplier’s following departmental guidelines.
