DESCRIPTION: Builders International undertakes design/tender review, tender management and construction Supervision
services. Builders International also undertakes these tasks to coordinate with external stakeholders, particu
larly the Utilities and Traffic Authority on behalf of (“MIDAD”).
The requirements for the design/tender review, tender management and construction Supervision services are
defined in the Builders International-Engineering Consultants Group Contract (“BI-ECG”) between BI-ECG and
MIDAD.
The contract includes specifications, which provide much of the detail.
The works and services to meet these obligations are, for brevity, called the “Services” in Builders Interna-
tional’s Contract Supervision System. These will be supplemented by Work Orders, which MIDAD may issue
from time to time.

958 million USD to D.C.).
“Corredor Vial Perimetral de Cundinamarca” (153 km estimated cost 728 million USD to D.C.).
“Corredor Vial Cartagena-Barranquilla y Circunvalar de la Prosperidad del Atlántico”, 150 km Incluye
construcción de Puente sobre manglares de 117 km de desarrollo (estimated cost 753 million USD to
D.C.).

project of Center for Extraction and Processing of Calcium Phosphate called "Umm Wu'Al EPC" Desert of Sau
di Arabia in an extension of approximately 260 km2 near the border with Jordan, contemplating the expansion
of existing facilities in Ras Al-Khair (RAK) on the coast of the Persian Gulf.
Within the commissioned work were giving "Value Engineering Support" and design management to the
Fields of civil works for camps and offices, hydraulic and sanitary infrastructure, storage structures of the
products, infrastructure "Off-Site" and "On-Site" service public and site architecture, storage scope of work,
scope of utility infrastructure require for "On-Site" and "Off-Site" for Wu'Al Umm EPC Project within the Pack
age No. 6 General Contract Work.

DESCRIPTION: "Túnel Emisor Oriente - TEO" (Issuer East Tunnel) is the most important deep drainage system project being
developed in Mexico for the last 40 years, & today is the longest tunnel in the world (62.5 Km.) being built with
TBM EPB.
TEO´s includes 24 shafts going from 25 to 150 meters deep, these shafts are distributed in 6 tunnel sections
to be excavated with 9.0m diameter TBM shield each & 7.0m diameter final section. The TEO will let conduct a
waste water of 150 m3
/s. The Federal Government dependence in charge of this project is the CONAGUA,
“Comisión Nacional del Agua”.
Also the client needs that we perform the excavation risk management, the excavation system performance
management, excavation system communication management & the evaluation excavation documentation
analysis for its integration in the tunnel global files.

To keep pressurized shield 24 hours a day, working on expansive clay, and therefore the implementation
of three work shifts was necessary.
