 Developed the Planed Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program for Irrigation Pumping Stations, Irrigation
Filter Stations & Irrigation Main Lines Network (Valve Chambers).
 Managed and directed O&M activities as per the approved PPM. Implemented required corrective actions to
achieve optimum operation for the irrigation services.
 Prepared technical analysis for large projects, and feedback the system to avoid any design mistakes.
 Prepared several technical & financial studies related to existing and new projects.
Senior Irrigation Engineer
NAKHEEL - WATERFRONT, Dubai SEP

Nakheel is one of the largest developers in the Middle East, and Waterfront project is large-scale development in the
region, a new city for 1.5 million habitant, and twice size of Hong Kong.
 Delivered the Landscape Master plan for different districts in Waterfront (Madinat Al Arab, Boulevard Park
and Canal District) considering the government regulations.
 Delivered the detailed design package for Badrah project (district for 120,000 habitant and has an area of
5,750,000 M2
)
 Led different consultancy companies through design process, by defining the scope of work and
requirements, to develop the product resulting approvals and/or construction.
 Managed coordination works between infrastructure, building & landscape consultants to optimize the
design outcome.
 Developed cost estimations and feasibility studies for; landscape projects.
 Managed weekly progress meetings to discuss all construction and O&M related issues and resolve the
