Falcon’s most effective relationships are based on a quality service that we provide to our clients and our quality of staff
provided. We have a dedicated 24 – 7 call centre and work in partnership with our clients providing a mutual trust and
respect with our knowledge of the healthcare industry. We work with our clients to ensure a high standard of staffing is
provided to the service user at all times.
3. • Falcon Recruitment has been established since 2004.
• We operate nationwide, through a network of regional offices. Falcon’s Head office
is based in Norwich. As is our call centre.
• All our offices use a computerised central booking facility staffed by fully
experienced consultants with a database of highly skilled nurses of all grades and
levels including healthcare assistants general and mental health.
• Falcon offer a 24 hour call centre service. What ever time or day you will always
have a human response. Our Average response time is 8 minutes 23 seconds
(results taken from webroster from the first quartile of 2011). The client will always
be update on the situation of a request within 15-20 minutes of the request being
made.
• Each client / hospital will be give there own specialised client liaison manager with
a direct line and mobile number for any specific queries or questions.
• Falcon target for each client a KPI of 90-95% successful agency workers supplied. In
October 2011 Falcon’s KPI for overall coverage of current clients in the UK was
93%. ( PTO results taken from webroster ).
4. “Our corporate database system enables our call centre staff to quickly and accurately find the right nurse or
healthcare assistant, for our clients requirements. The data base application has been specifically developed
from first hand knowledge of the care industry and is designed to give the professional manager more time,
control and significantly improved efficiency across planning, attendance and monitoring activities. This will
contribute significantly towards the day to day management of the Authorities responses to bookings.

"Falcon Care have implemented a comprehensive compliance program to ensure the safe recruitment of staff
and to support the services we provide to our clients. This compliance program is based on a set of
systematic procedures to ensure that the provisions of the regulations imposed by the regulating authorities

Proof of residence / address in the past 5 years, Three most recent Utility Bills,
Student Visa’s, Accompanying Home office letter for work permit dependants and original accompanying
Home Office letters for candidates with an indefinite leave to remain.
All Home Office documentation must be original, Checks through the Home Office Employer’s line will be
conducted for verification of documents and Home Office Status / Eligibility to work in the UK

Police check from country of origin, if in the UK for 6 months or less
Occupational health check ( clearance), evidence of vaccination status to include Hep B, MMR x2, varicella
and tuberculosis. doctors fitness to work
Verbal, written and Oral English language test.
Full 10 years work history / checked and validated
Reference from the most recent employer on headed paper and endorsed with company stamp
Falcon also works closely with the local immigration enforcement office to verify any foreign nationals’ right to work.
8. STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Falcon have developed a structured staff development programmes to ensure
that staff have the understanding and skills required to meet the expectations of
our clients’. These programmes provide a coherent training strategy to underpin
the delivery of care and the professional development of staff by improving their
understanding and confidence in their responsibility for working as part of a
skilled work group. The ultimate aims of these programmes are: To improve

All training is executed by accredited instructors. Where necessary, we will
support clients’ training requirements by enrolling our staff on relevant in-house

meet clients’ training requirements and, as such, promoting safety and
continuity in care. The latter approach was devised following our intensive
research on clients’ and healthcare dynamics, organisational needs and
