About The CPHQ International Exam:
The Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) examination is offered 4 times a
year in many international testing centers.
*International candidates include all those outside the United States of America.
International testing takes place during 4 windows throughout the year.
•March 11–24, 2018 (application period November 18, 2017–February 23, 2018)
•June 17–30, 2018 (application period February 24–June 1, 2018)
•September 16–29, 2018 (application period June 2–August 31, 2018)
•December 2–15, 2018 (application period September 1–November 16, 2018)
•Applications must be submitted by no later than 5:00pm CST by the deadlines listed above.
