The document describes the process for creating, modifying, and managing customer records in a customer master screen. 1. customer Creation
 Path: Master Customer Master

2.  Customer Master Screen will appear

3. To create the new customer
 Click New button to create customer
 Auto generated code will appear in Code Textbox.
 Fill the remaining tabs with required details.
 Click Save button to save the product.

4. Country:
 Click ‘+symbol’ in country
 A new window will appear
 Enter Country Name, Description and save.

5. State:
 Click ’+symbol’ in state
 A new window will displayed
 Enter the Country Name, State Name, Description and Save

6. ViewCustomer:
 Display’s the Customer names in the search list, if you click any
customers it will appear respective values in right side input boxes.
ModifyCustomer:
 Click Customer name in the left side box
 The detail of the product will display on the screen.
 Click Modify button to change the data
 Click save
ClearCustomer:
 If user want to clear the existing customer
 Click clear Customer to be cleared

7.  Alert message will appear

8.  Click Yes
 Click Clear
 It clears the existing customer.
Export/ImportCustomer:
 If user wants to export/import their customer
 Click Export/Import button
 It display the Data Export & Import Screen

10.  Click Export or Import icon
 Click Format Type (e.g.: Excel, Xml, CSV)
 Click Path where the data want to save
 It automatically generates the document.
DeleteCustomer:
 To delete the customer from the list
 Click Customer name to be deleted
 Click Delete button
 A new pop up window will display
 Click Yes/no
 It deletes the selected Customer

12. CloseCustomer:
 To close the customer master
 Click Close button
 Administrator window will appear
 Click Yes
 It closes the customer master window.

14. FilterSearch:
It Display the customer names in the search list.
 Op 1) category search:
It Display only category wise
 Op 2) Text free search:
Click All it display the small window

16.  Click Chose any one
 Click Enter it go to next text bar
 Then type any customer name belongs to category I. It display what
are the product belongs to that category

17. Tabordersetting:
 Click Tool icon at top right corner.
 A control room screen will appear

18.  Click Property
 Click Is Tab and select the tick mark and then save.
Codesetting:
 User can change their code in letters and numbers
 Click Tool icon at the top right corner
 Control Room window will be displayed
 Click Prefix
 Change length and prefix value and then save. It auto generates the
code in code textbox.
