Role details:
 Managing financial department, Budget Control, Forecasting, Payroll, Accounts Payable and
Receivable.
 Perform payable accounts tasks for construction expenses
 Managing petty cash, accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR).
 Managing vendor accounts and generating weekly cheques on demand
 Ensure the compliance with accounting deadlines
 Preparing and managing the monthly payroll tasks for 80+ employees.
 Liaising with bankers, insurers and solicitors regarding financial transactions.
 Allocation of invoices and expenses to correct cost centres.
 Daily accounting preparation and input using in-house financial software
