The Pin Mill is an impact pulverizer that can finely grind materials ranging from a millimeter to 30 micrometers in size. It has a convertible pulverization knife and different styles of rotors and sieves that allow it to pulverize low to medium hardness materials. The Pin Mill is suitable for use in many industries like food, chemicals, medicine, plastics and can adjust the fineness of the material based on blade design, rotation speed, and power. Material is fed into the milling chamber and impacted by a high-speed rotating beater between the screen and beater to be pulverized into powder, which is then separated by the screen.

Working Principle
Material would be conveyed by the feeding device into milling chamber evenly, and be impacted
strongly by high-speed rotating beater, and at the same time would be rubbed and sheared and
impacted between screen and beater. The milled powder would be separated by screen.
Qualified fine powder would go into product collector, while coarse powder would go back to
milling chamber for further milling.
