Our prefabricated modules are ideal for uses as mobile offices, changing rooms,
restaurants, sanitary, temporary houses, laboratories…
All the manufacturing process is certified according to the International Quality Standard ISO 9001,
we also have all the European approvals and certifications.
Guaranteed sturdiness due to the steel frame.
Easily interchangeable walls made of sandwich, coated with steel
sheets that ensure a good appearance for many years.
Electrical installation, lighting and power points included.
Possibility of hiding the installation in the panel.
Optimal thermal and acoustic isolation thanks to the polyurethanes’
panel.
High quality toilet facilities.
Sliding window with grille included.
Materials and finishing touches adaptable to the client’s needs.
KIT SYSTEM (Flat-Pack): modules dismantle in Flat-Pack for
transportation in maritime containers. Easy and quick
assembly.
MECANO SYSTEM: all material delivered dismantle.
Maximum optimisation of the transport costs.
Videos and detailed instructions about the assembly process
are sending to the clients, in order to assemble the modules
on site without necessity of previous knowledge’s.
Thanks to our KIT SYSTEM, a module can be assembling in
only 3 hours with 2 persons.
We can also offer our technicians assistance, to realise the
assembly on-site or form and supervise the local employees
all around the world.

3. Adaptation of our modules to the client’s needs:
Dimensions of the module
Finishing touch of the panels and colours. Possibility of glazing modules.
Interior division: WC installation, showers and various sanitary elements. Possibility of sanitation
by the floor or the walls of the module.
Electrical Installation, Air conditioning, extractor, fire detection.
Materials, dimensions et finishing touch of the carpentry, for doors and windows.
Special surfacing, ventilated façade, double roofing.
Floor’s panel: medium density fibre board, phenolic, fibre-cement board.
Floor and roof structure’s reinforcement (for extra weight until 2.000 kg/ sqm).
