3. With a sophisticated panel manufacturing machine which roll forms to a unique tongue and groove
joint which is then laminated using an industrial polyurethane adhesive to either a polystyrene,
rockwool or polyurethane inner core. A range of FRP, IBR, Chromadeck, Stainless Steel and
Aluminium panels are manufactured by us
Panel thickness and lengths are manufactured in accordance with room temperature required and
clients specification. Building on from our original business philosophy of producing only the finest
quality service, a firm commitment was made to extend this quality right through to the
manufactured products which meets exacting international standards and specification from the
sourcing of raw materials and die cast aluminium sections.

COLD ROOMS
The insulated modular panels are widely used in areas that require
temperature control. They are used in the food and beverage
industry, such as restaurants, hotels, meat/fish and chicken
processing facilities and distribution centers.
Different thicknesses of panels are manufactured for the cold room
industry, depending on the needs of the client and the temperature
required for the facility.
The thickness of panels for cold rooms may vary from 75mm
through to 100mm and 125mm with a polystyrene inner core.

4. Freezer rooms use panels with a thickness of 150mm and 200mm.
the inner core consist of expanded polystyrene.
Different dimensions of cold rooms are available, depending on the
client's specification or the space available for the room.
Due to the unique sectional manufacturing process cold rooms can
easily be extended as your business grows.
PRE-FABRICATED MODULAR BUILDINGS
Our insulated pre-fabricated modular system is a quick and cost
effective method of construction.
Some types of buildings where insulated panels can be used are
classrooms, office units, churches, mobile kitchens, community
phone shops, low cost housing, clinics, computer rooms and kiosks.
pre-fabricated modular units can be manufactured/built on steel
frames or concrete slab.
This system allows for quick and easy installation and also has
excellent insulation properties.

7. DOORS
We offer a range of doors
o personnel access/ fire rated hinged doors
o hinged and sliding doors with airtight seals, heavy
duty hardware and the necessary safety features.

We also offer as an option, PVC strip curtains.

8. FLOORS
Floors can be made up of standard sandwiched panels with either an aluminium
checker plate or galvanized sheet finish.
Where heavy and continuous wear is anticipated (pallet jacks/ hysters) the floor will
consist of a layer of 24 density polystyrene insulation laid on a layer of 250 micron
damp proof course (vapor barrier) covered with a layer of concrete.
Clients have the option of installing the freezer floor with or without a heater mat.
Chicken Houses
The chicken houses range from different specs. The client need to give us a drawings from
there architect and we work according to their drawing.

9. Certain countries/provinces has to get the local municipality approval before construction
can begin.
Just a rough example: 22 – 30 chickens into 1 sq metre.
Normally we build 120 x 14,5 metres which houses 30 000 chickens.
We supply all water- points and electrical points.

11. On projects outside South African borders we do train locals how to build our pre fabricated
buildings. All houses come with water and electrical points!
