Concept

We will work towards creating an environment for staff to get to know each other better.

The challenges proposed by us are suitable for any strata or level of employee’s &
workforce. In fact in a mixed management environment we offer an opportunity for white
collar management to come in at grassroots and work hand in hand with blue collar

Overview

The program is built around a series of high impact, motivating Activities, Projects, and
Challenges. Our Professional and experienced instructors conduct a range of activities
involving physical maneuvers as well as mind benders and problem solving exercises
with participants working as one team engaged in memorable experiences, fun and
challenges.
Depending on group size participants are divided into teams of equal size. This can be
done in advance to ensure that there is a proper mix of departments and sexes in each
team or the exercises and activities can be conducted department wise as well.
OPTIONAL: The skillfully facilitated, participant led review immediately after each
Activity provides insights on ability, performance and effectiveness and the transfer of
positive productive behaviors into action at work.
The Challenges are particularly effective for Team Building and maintenance, to develop
Leaders, and for bonding and providing focus for Project Teams, departmental meetings
and Conferences or just plain Team based fun !!

Magic Carpet literally puts people into a problem that can only be
solved with logical planning and team co-operation.
Very often teams cannot see the solution when they are immersed in a
problem and mentally stepping outside and working through step by
step is essential – both in Magic Carpet and in business.
This challenge also tests listening skills and team dynamics.
Note: This challenge involves teams getting physically close to each
other and should be played with caution in high religious and culture
sensitive groups.

teamwork and employee motivation needs a constant focus.

integral part of our daily routine.

Mine Field is a challenge that involves strategy, memory and focus. In this exercise,
we use the laid out squares as a tool to understand team dynamics and how
participants react and view the experience of taking risk’s.
This exercise also highlights individual leadership and initiative skills and allows for
participants to explore the possibilities of taking on leadership roles more often in
the work place

A Game with balloons, masking tape and loads of construction fun. An
opportunity for participants to exercise their restraint and creativity and

gives us an insight into behavioral aspects of a team and
understanding of dynamics within a group of individuals

The Venomous Web

The teams are given a scenario where their way forward is blocked by a web
created by the deadly Venomous Black Widow Spider. And the Web is so
toxic that a mere graze of the webbing can paralyze a human instantly. How
will the adventurers get out?
Involves maximum team participation, and gets all team members
contributing towards the planning and execution of the challenge, This
exercise focuses on the need for concentration, communication, strategy,
skill, control and team work to get a job accomplished. It will also bring out
the key strength’s in team members.
Note: This challenge should not be played in cultures or organisations where
physical contact between sexes is frowned upon.

have to work together to transport mock radioactive materials from

exercise focuses on the need for concentration, communication,
strategy, skill, control and team work to get a job accomplished.

Challenge Brief:
The teams are assembled around a demarcated circle called the ring of peril, in the center of the circle is a Peg in
the ground, the team must lay as many rubber-bands as possible on the peg within stipulated time given, and the
radius is certainly more than just an arm’s stretch. Each team member must ay his own bands and participate.
Involves maximum team participation, and gets all team members contributing towards the planning and execution
of the challenge, This exercise focuses on the need for communication, strategy, and team work to get a job
accomplished.
Note: This challenge would involve team members stretching and holding on to each other so organisers should be
aware of the participants restrictions.

A energetic exercise that needs participants to have their wits about them,
hit with more than one obstacle of filling the pipe and also plugging leakage,
the team has to work against the clock to achieve their goals.
Involves maximum team participation, and gets all team members
contributing towards the planning and execution of the challenge, This
exercise focuses on the need for thinking out of the box, communication,
strategy, strength, resolute and team work to get a job accomplished. It will
also bring out the key strength’s in team members.

Note: This challenge will involve participants getting a bit wet, always
recommended to have towels on hand.

Herd Your Sheep

Challenge Brief:
Imagine being shepherds bringing sheep home after a day of grazing,
the only difference is the sheep are all blind. Using sounds the team
works to get all members home into a pen.
The entire team is involved in the exercise and this exercise focuses on
the need for an effective communication plan in face of restricting
circumstances, attentiveness and listening skills, control and team work
to get a job accomplished.

Crossing The Swamp
Team Sizes:

Time Taken: 05 Mins Instructions + 05 Mins Strategy + 15 – 20 Mins Actuals
Total: 25 – 30 Mins
Challenge Brief:
The team members have to rally around each other and work towards crossing a make believe swamp infested with
man eating crocodiles. One slip and they are done for. Using only limited timber planks and stepping stones, they
have to get the entire team across the swamp.

Involves maximum participation, and all team members must work towards supporting the perceived weak and
working on a strategy and plan to accomplish the goal.
Note: This challenge would involve team members balancing and holding on to each other so organisers should be
aware of the participants restrictions.

Our Professional and experienced instructors conduct a range of activities involving physical maneuvers as well as mind benders and problem solving exercises with participants working as one team engaged in memorable experiences, fun and challenges. Depending on group size participants are divided into teams of equal size. This can be done in advance to ensure that there is a proper mix of departments and sexes in each team or the exercises and activities can be conducted department wise as well. OPTIONAL: The skillfully facilitated, participant led review immediately after each Activity provides insights on ability, performance and effectiveness and the transfer of positive productive behaviors into action at work. The Challenges are particularly effective for Team Building and maintenance, to develop Leaders, and for bonding and providing focus for Project Teams, departmental meetings and Conferences or just plain Team based fun !! Very often teams cannot see the solution when they are immersed in a problem and mentally stepping outside and working through step by step is essential – both in Magic Carpet and in business. This challenge also tests listening skills and team dynamics. Note: This challenge involves teams getting physically close to each other and should be played with caution in high religious and culture sensitive groups. An exercise in verbal communication, which demonstrates effectively the fascinating variety of strategies which individuals use to make sense of their worlds. A fun way to let participants experience that teamwork and employee motivation needs a constant focus. Note: This challenge can be played by all. Highlights the values of working effectively in a team, proper job distribution, maintaining timelines, and all realized in a fast paced fun exercise. An activity which involves hand-eye coordination and pushes the participants to concentrate and focus on juggling the tasks on hand. The exercise simulates a highly pressured work environment where time management and prioritizing jobs and responsibilities becomes an integral part of our daily routine. In this exercise, we use the laid out squares as a tool to understand team dynamics and how participants react and view the experience of taking risk’s. This exercise also highlights individual leadership and initiative skills and allows for participants to explore the possibilities of taking on leadership roles more often in the work place Note: This challenge can be played by all. An opportunity for participants to exercise their restraint and creativity and at the same time, work constructively in a team and build towards success. Involves maximum team participation, and gets all team members contributing towards the planning and execution of the challenge, this gives us an insight into behavioral aspects of a team and understanding of dynamics within a group of individuals Note: This challenge can be played by all.   • 13. Challenges Lead ~ Follow ~ Team Play The Venomous Web Team Sizes: a time only) 07 - 12 Per Team (Can be done by one team at or Setup’s have to be replicated at additional costs. Time Taken: 05 Mins Instructions + 08 Mins Strategy + 25 – 30 Mins Actuals Total: 40 – 45 Mins Challenge Brief: The teams are given a scenario where their way forward is blocked by a web created by the deadly Venomous Black Widow Spider. And the Web is so toxic that a mere graze of the webbing can paralyze a human instantly. How will the adventurers get out? Involves maximum team participation, and gets all team members contributing towards the planning and execution of the challenge, This exercise focuses on the need for concentration, communication, strategy, skill, control and team work to get a job accomplished. It will also bring out the key strength’s in team members. Note: This challenge should not be played in cultures or organisations where physical contact between sexes is frowned upon. Challenges Lead ~ Follow ~ Team Play Radiation Alert Team Sizes: 07 - 12 Per Team (Can be done by one team individually or as a time bound competition) Time Taken: 07 Mins Instructions + 08 Mins Strategy + 10 – 15 Mins Actuals Total: 25 – 30 Mins Challenge Brief: The teams are given a scenario set in a nuclear emergency and they have to work together to transport mock radioactive materials from Point A to point B using Safe pipes, and workman gloves. Involves maximum team participation, and gets all team members contributing towards the planning and execution of the challenge, This exercise focuses on the need for concentration, communication, strategy, skill, control and team work to get a job accomplished.   • 15. Lead ~ Follow ~ Team Play Challenges Ring Of Peril Team Sizes: 07 - 12 Per Team (Can be done by one team at a time only) or Setup’s have to be replicated at additional costs. Time Taken: 05 Mins Instructions + 05 Mins Strategy + 15 – 20 Mins Actuals Total: 25 – 30 Mins Challenge Brief: The teams are assembled around a demarcated circle called the ring of peril, in the center of the circle is a Peg in the ground, the team must lay as many rubber-bands as possible on the peg within stipulated time given, and the radius is certainly more than just an arm’s stretch. Each team member must ay his own bands and participate. Using sounds the team works to get all members home into a pen. The entire team is involved in the exercise and this exercise focuses on the need for an effective communication plan in face of restricting circumstances, attentiveness and listening skills, control and team work to get a job accomplished. Time Taken: 05 Mins Instructions + 05 Mins Strategy + 15 – 20 Mins Actuals Total: 25 – 30 Mins Challenge Brief: The team members have to rally around each other and work towards crossing a make believe swamp infested with man eating crocodiles. One slip and they are done for. Using only limited timber planks and stepping stones, they have to get the entire team across the swamp. Involves maximum participation, and all team members must work towards supporting the perceived weak and working on a strategy and plan to accomplish the goal.
