2. Monitor the performance of

Respond toinquiries,queriesonprocesses/ticketsreceivedfrom
the service desk.
Analyze processissues/errors,establishcausesandrecommend
measuresforimprovement
Coordinate stationvisits/inspectprocessperformance andcarryout
a needsassessment
Review stationvisitreportsonprocessperformance.
Analysis/review processusage andestablishenhancementsto
improve operations
Analyze queriesfromstakeholdersanddesignsolutionstothe
problemsidentified.
Supportbothinternal and external clientsonthe newlydesignedor
improvedprocessesduringimplementation.
3. Coordinate the businessprocess
re-engineeringinordertoenhance
service deliveryinthe department
Analyze requirementsanddevelopnew businessprocesses.
Review processesthataligntothe new developmentsasandwhenit
requires.
Identifyandliaisewithkeystakeholderstocompilerequirementsfor
developingnew processesandtheirimpact.
Developandmonitorimplementationplansfornew business
processes
Roll outnew businessprocessesinline withthe implementation
plan.
Coordinate trainingof trainersandsensitizationsonnewbusiness
processes;andqualityassure trainingmaterial tobe used.
4. Developrevenuecollectiontargets
for differentstationstoinformand
facilitate revenue collection
Supervise the analysisof the financialyear’scollectiontargetversus
performance reports.
Coordinate the meetingsforsettingandallocatingrevenue
collectiontargetsandgetinputsfrom differentstakeholders
Review andqualityassure allocatedtargetstothe differentstations
pertax type as setby MoFPED and submittothe line management
for furthermanagement.
Monitorthe quarterlyperformance of stationsagainsttargetsset
and review appropriately.
5. Coordinate the Analysisand
Segmentationof tax payersaccording
to departmental guidelines
Continuallyanalyze tax payerbusinessvolumes,paymentsinthe
system, andcategoryof the taxpayers.
Supervise the categorizationof the tax payersaccordingthe
managementguidelines/Businessvolumes.
Review andqualityassure the tax payersegmentationreportand
sendto the line managerforapproval
Ensure approvedtax payersegmentationlistsare uploadedonthe
Webportal
Respondtoany queries,bothfrominternal &externaluser,
resultingfromthe movement/segmentationof taxpayers
6. Coordinate the dataAnalysis
functioninthe divisiontoinform
performance andsupportDecision
making
Receive andanalyze requestsfordatafromdifferentstakeholders,
determine the source/methodof presentationandallocate tounit
officers.
Follow uponofficersandDatabase Administratorstoensure datais
minedontime & effectivelytomeetrequests.
Review the dataanalyzedand qualityassure forsubmissiontothe
manager.
Presentfindingsfromthe dataanalyzedandrecommend
improvements
7. Planand manage the performance
and developmentof staff under
supervisionsoasto improve their
productivity.

monitorthe usage to ensure efficiency
