 • Crystalline focuses on the world’s slimmest form of technology, which is
creating holographic, image for all of its products. This includes Laptops,
                                TV’s and Phones.
• Our products competitor is Apple and all of the prices of our products are
lower than Apples recent release with added holographic use.

                                  Mission Statement
“Crystalline promises to create a new form of technology to bring to man kind, making
each product unique to each customer and to change the way of technology with holographic
                                      involvement.”
INDIE STRENGTHS/WEAKNESS

   • Apples strengths are that it has an excellent brand loyalty by its customers. Many own
multiple products like a Mac, iPhone, iPad etc.…
• Apple is in No debt, it has a really good cash flow. £13 billion Net Income in the most recent
                                          quarter (Dec 2011)
  • It has a Global reach, which means Apple’s brand is strong around the globe, so it sells in
                                       many different countries.
   • Apple has its own Operating System (iOS); this is used across their entire product line-
allowing apple to sell a complete product without paying large royalty payments to their
                                              competitor.
   • Apple is a technology leader, it comes up with the newest things first and other smaller
companies would pay them to add these things to their product.
• Apples weaknesses are that it has a weak achievement with Microsoft Office makes their line
                               less attractive to business enterprises.
 • Another weakness is Google’s Android Operating system is slowing Apple’s growth rate in
                                      the mobile phone market.
  • Apple has a high price. Apples products are typically higher in price than its competitors.
CONGLOMERATE
                          STRENGTH/WEAKNESS

ny Corporation strengths are out of all its products at present, Sony's success
with the PlayStation is most noteworthy it has been successful since 1994
when, and still sees tremendous consumer demand.
Sony is very competitive towards other companies.
Sony is able to expand its markets and work to produce various products.

Sony Corporation weaknesses are that it has been making a loss with a few of
                                its products.
The company has no sense of direction and is not being managed properly.
Sales of all products are seemingly starting to slow down.
