We are looking at a profit of $2 per bottle of
Elmer’s Glue and $2 per bundle of Washi
Tape. The sum of money required is SGD
$200,000. The money will be used to deliver
products to consumers and also to buy the
products from suppliers.

● Target audience for these products are
children, all types of bookstores and
designing schools like NAFA.
● Schools may also buy the products in bulk
for occasions like Children’s Day or Youth
Day.

● E- MaMa is the only shop selling these
products.
● Competitor is ‘MaMa Shop Online’ that sells
everything, from cooking oil to cosmetics.
● However, they do not sell stationeries.

● Since there is only ‘MaMa Store Online’, and
they do not sell similar things as us, there
are no competitors challenging E-MaMa

there is very little competition for E- MaMa
