2. INTRODUCTION
 In every institute, there is nothing for advertising
or spreading the news about the activities
conducted by the forum.
 They have only one way that is notice board of
departments.
 In many educational institute, to maintain any
forum details, they maintained it in a file by
keeping hard copy of relevant document.
 The solution to the above problem is the Website
"E-Forum“.

3. OBJECTIVES
 To develop a website which brings the notice board to
a virtual location where students can access it easily.
 To make huge database used for storage purpose.
 To develop highly efficient website as it keep the
students aware through notices about forums.
 To make the student able to do online registration to
participate in any activity organized by forums.

4. PROBLEMS WITH PRE-EXISTING SYSTEMS
 Limited space.
 The existing systems were developed to display
only notices.
 To get registered for such events, the participant
need to meet the person mentioned in the notice.
 The existing E-Notice board shows only notices
not other information related forum.

5. OUTCOMES
 To upload any notice, admin just needs to click on the
post notice button and upload a image of notice or
enter the text.
 In this, admin will manage the data which will be very
useful for the college administration also.
 These also results in reduction in copious use of the
paper, which is affecting the environment adversely.
 The students will also know what actually going on.
 Students able to do online registration.

6. APPLICATION
 “E-Forum” will help the educational institutes to
maintain their forum data as per the branches.
 The students will be able to access the website online
on their cell phones.
 By using this, one can maintain the record of every
year forum activities.
 With the help of this website, the users can easily
access the information related to forum activities.
