- 2. Facial Swelling Two Interesting Cases • A 52 years old male presented with gradually increasing neck & facial swelling since last 2 months. • No past history of hypertension diabetes no renal problem. • General & ENT examination was normal

- 5. Unusual Cause of Facial Swelling • A 50 year old diabetic hypertensive male came with gradually increasing facial swelling, dyspnea since 40 days. He took medicines without any relief. • Routine biochemistry was normal. • There was past history of receiving chemotherapy 5 courses for carcinoma upper esophagus 2 years back. Presently there was no dysphagia • CECT neck and upper chest was done.
