Module 4 - The Basic Laws of Leadership
We venerate great leaders with tendency to assume their accomplishments came about regardless of the

Gaining change leadership insight is a lot like mining gold. You do not set out to look for dirt; you look for the

laws that affect leadership. By mastering these laws, your leadership skills will be lifted to a totally new level.
Here are few ideas related to these 21 irrefutable laws of leadership:
	 The laws can be learned. Some are easier to understand and apply than others, but every one of them
	 can be acquired.
	 The laws can stand alone. Each law complements all the others, but you don’t need one in order to learn
	another.
	 The laws carry consequences with them. Apply the laws, and people will follow you. Violate or ignore
	 them, and you will not be able to lead others.
	 These laws are the foundation of leadership. Once you learn the principles, you have to practice them
	 and apply them to your life.
Whether you are a follower who is just beginning to discover the impact of leadership or a natural leader

Success is: knowing your purpose in life; growing to your maximum potential; sowing the seeds that benefit
others. It is a rather simple recipe yet requires awareness, study, practice and mentoring to achieve. The Four
Elements to Success that will be taught on this module are:
	 Relationships - Love and accept yourself. The only relationship in your life that is continual and therefore
	 most important, is with yourself. The first person you learn to get along with is you.
	 Equipping - Great change leaders grow their vision from “ME” to “WE.” People fail to equip others due to
	 the energy required, the underestimation of others’ abilities, the enjoyment of completing tasks
	 ourselves, the need to strengthen the ego by being needed, the habit of doing everything, the need to
	 be in control and the inability to notice leadership potential in those around us.
	 Attitude - our attitude is a choice. It determines our approach to life. It can turn our problems into
	 blessings. Taking inventory of our attitude allows us to grow and foster an environment to empower and
	 equip those around us while also nurturing our inner leadership skills.
	 Leadership - the Law of the Lid states that leadership ability determines a person’s level of
	 effectiveness. The Law of the Process states that leaders develop daily and not in a day. Leadership
	 takes time and energy to develop. We overestimate the event and we underestimate the process. The
	 secret to becoming a successful change leader is discovered in your daily agenda.

CULTURAL FLAIR
Luxury bus tour from Vienna to Prague
Our comfortable coach takes you from Vienna to the Czech boarder where we have a short coffee break. Afterwards we
travel through the picturesque landscape of Moravia to Prague, where we arrive at lunchtime. Then we take you by bus to
Hradschin, the hill on which the castle of Prague is situated.
Guided city walk
The guided city walk starts at the riding school of the former imperial castle. This impressive complex was built at the
beginning of the 9th century and since then it has been constantly extended. We go by foot to the Gothic cathedral of St.
Vitus, which took almost 600 years to build. Then we cross over the Vtlava River at the famous Charles Bridge.
During our city tour of Prague you will see other tourist attractions such as the State Opera House, the Old City Hall with
its beautiful clock tower, the National Museum and of course the famous Wenceslas Square, which is one of the largest
and most historic squares in Europe.
After the guided walk you have 1½ hours at your own disposal for shopping, lunch or relaxation. The return journey to
Vienna starts from Wenceslas Square at 4 pm. On the way home, we have a short stop. Back in Vienna, we take you to
your hotel.

Bus trip Vienna to Budapest
Our city tour starts at the Vienna State Opera. Enjoy a comfortable bus tour from Vienna through the Hungarian lowlands
to Budapest, where we arrive at 10:15 a.m.
Bus tour & guided walk of the city centre
The first part of our sightseeing programme is a bus tour of the district of Pest. We show you the most popular tourist
attractions such as the neo-Gothic Parliament, the magnificent Opera House and the impressive Heroes’ Square.
At lunchtime you have the opportunity to eat at a typical Hungarian restaurant. Afterwards a guided walk awaits you in the
district of Buda. Experience the historic Royal Palace, the romantic Fishermen’s Bastion, the Matthias Church, which is a
UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Margaret Island with its gorgeous parks and recreational facilities.
At the end of our city tour of Budapest, you have free time from 3 pm. for shopping or relaxing. At approximately 5 pm. our
bus departs for Vienna, where we arrive at around 7:30 pm. We take you back to your hotel.

It is a rather simple recipe yet requires awareness, study, practice and mentoring to achieve. The Four Elements to Success that will be taught on this module are: Relationships - Love and accept yourself. The only relationship in your life that is continual and therefore most important, is with yourself. The first person you learn to get along with is you. Equipping - Great change leaders grow their vision from “ME” to “WE.” People fail to equip others due to the energy required, the underestimation of others’ abilities, the enjoyment of completing tasks ourselves, the need to strengthen the ego by being needed, the habit of doing everything, the need to be in control and the inability to notice leadership potential in those around us. Attitude - our attitude is a choice. It determines our approach to life. It can turn our problems into blessings. Taking inventory of our attitude allows us to grow and foster an environment to empower and equip those around us while also nurturing our inner leadership skills. Leadership - the Law of the Lid states that leadership ability determines a person’s level of effectiveness. The Law of the Process states that leaders develop daily and not in a day. Leadership takes time and energy to develop. We overestimate the event and we underestimate the process. The secret to becoming a successful change leader is discovered in your daily agenda. October 21st - 24th 2015 Vienna, Prague and Budapest Follow us 13 PRAGUE, THE “GOLDEN CITY” ON THE VLTAVA RIVER - ATTRACTS YOU WITH ITS GRAND BUILDINGS, ITS HISTORIC CITY CENTRE AND ITS CULTURAL FLAIR Luxury bus tour from Vienna to Prague Our comfortable coach takes you from Vienna to the Czech boarder where we have a short coffee break. Afterwards we travel through the picturesque landscape of Moravia to Prague, where we arrive at lunchtime. Then we take you by bus to Hradschin, the hill on which the castle of Prague is situated. Guided city walk The guided city walk starts at the riding school of the former imperial castle. This impressive complex was built at the beginning of the 9th century and since then it has been constantly extended. We go by foot to the Gothic cathedral of St. Vitus, which took almost 600 years to build. Then we cross over the Vtlava River at the famous Charles Bridge. During our city tour of Prague you will see other tourist attractions such as the State Opera House, the Old City Hall with its beautiful clock tower, the National Museum and of course the famous Wenceslas Square, which is one of the largest and most historic squares in Europe. After the guided walk you have 1½ hours at your own disposal for shopping, lunch or relaxation. The return journey to Vienna starts from Wenceslas Square at 4 pm. On the way home, we have a short stop. Back in Vienna, we take you to your hotel. AGENDA | EVENT PROGRAMME Day Three: October 23rd 2015

DISCOVER THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TOURIST ATTRACTIONS BY BUS AND ON A GUIDED WALK THROUGH THE HISTORIC CENTRE Bus trip Vienna to Budapest Our city tour starts at the Vienna State Opera. Enjoy a comfortable bus tour from Vienna through the Hungarian lowlands to Budapest, where we arrive at 10:15 a.m. Bus tour & guided walk of the city centre The first part of our sightseeing programme is a bus tour of the district of Pest. We show you the most popular tourist attractions such as the neo-Gothic Parliament, the magnificent Opera House and the impressive Heroes’ Square. At lunchtime you have the opportunity to eat at a typical Hungarian restaurant. Afterwards a guided walk awaits you in the district of Buda. Experience the historic Royal Palace, the romantic Fishermen’s Bastion, the Matthias Church, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Margaret Island with its gorgeous parks and recreational facilities. At the end of our city tour of Budapest, you have free time from 3 pm. for shopping or relaxing. At approximately 5 pm. our bus departs for Vienna, where we arrive at around 7:30 pm. We take you back to your hotel.
