He has over 20 years of experience in the human resource management area, especially in the human resource development, program and course designing, and career planning. He also serves as CEO or director of several companies, including I Connect Partners, Corporate Pathfinder, Galileo Scope, and Four R. Prior to establishing Veritas Consulting, Sakao served as Managing Director of XEED, Inc., a consulting firm established by Mr. Ryo Hato, one of the most renowned management consultants in Japan. There, he managed major client projects and oversaw the successful repositioning of the company from the individual-based consulting firm to the highly-organized professional service firm. Before XEED, Sakao served as Principal Consultant of Department of Human Resource Management Consulting at Recruit Co., Ltd.
