Origin: Arab origin, Resemble with Balochis Hometract: Balochistan province Size: Intermediate b/w horse & pony Work On Hirzai: Thoroughbred stallions provided by Balochistan Government at important centers such as Quetta and Sibi are instrumental in large scale crossbreeding with native mares. Purpose: Mainly used for riding.
Good specimens: Good specimens of Hirzai breed are available at Sibi and Nasirabad horse shows. Snapshots:

Origin: Arab origin, Resemble with Balochis Hometract: Balochistan province Size: Intermediate b/w horse & pony Work On Hirzai: Thoroughbred stallions provided by Balochistan Government at important centers such as Quetta and Sibi are instrumental in large scale crossbreeding with native mares. Purpose: Mainly used for riding.
