Doux Africa commenced operation in April 2014, since then the progressive development of our services and
establishing our expanding clientele portfolio, we have encompassed and provided our services to a significant
proportion of Africa covering but not limited to the following African countries:

 Zimbabwe
 DRC
 Malawi
 Namibia
 Botswana
 Mozambique
The established Strategic Partnership with an International Funding & Supplier company, our services scope has
increased significantly in both provisions of plant / equipment and supporting financing instrument, providing a very
competitive interest rate and financing term, all of which enhances Doux Africa’s main commitment to our clients
ensuring that the best possible service is provided in assisting the growth and development of their business.
The team at Doux Africa has more than 65 years combined experience operating throughout Africa, with reliable
relationships and networks established worldwide. Doux Africa believes in diversification and is focused on the
current needs and demands of the African Market.

With the inclusion of our Plant & Equipment Manager (Mr. Deon Hugo) to the Doux Africa team in June 2015, our
service focus and clientele has expanded rapidly into the Western Africa opening up our service to Ghana, Cameroon,
Nigeria and Gabon.
In alignment with our commitment for Continuous Improvement and sustainability of growth of our company’s
operations, Doux Africa will be expanding our services and support to our clients and potential clients throughout
Australia and Asia.

FAAN VANDYK - CEO
Faan has developed a very versatile career covering multiple industry based roles which has
supported his ability to provide the highest level of service to which he provides his clients. His
career covers 6 years in the South African Police moving into the private sector utilizing his
excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills. His career has covered over
the past 16 years the following industries as manager, consultant and marketing/development
expert: Agriculture / Aviation / Transport / Construction / Medical Waste / Gas & Fuel
LANA MATHESON – DIRECTOR SALES & MARKETING
Lana has been dealing with distributors/dealers, business owners, customers throughout Africa
for over 15 years. Lana acknowledges that all business people in Africa deserve the highest
respect, against all odds they make it work and they work hard. With the exposure of her
working history Lana has identified the main bottleneck / impact on businesses being the
procurement of equipment, be it new or decent pre-owned and obtaining finance at affordable
rates.
DEON HUGO – GENERAL MANAGER PLANT & EQUIPMENT
Deon has achieved over 26 years in the sales and management of Yellow Equipment throughout
South Africa & Africa. For the past 15 years he has been directly associated with Bell Equipment
undertaking the role and requirements of Territory Sales Manager – West Africa and was
directly Servicing & Supporting all Bell Dealers throughout Africa. Deon is a highly respected
and motivated individual, who has achieved excellent acknowledgement over the years for his
innovation, commitment and support to his clients.
SERVICE SCOPE
Sales & Finance – Plant & Equipment
For clients that require financial assistance we can support as follows:
 Provision of new well known and established Chinese manufactured plant
and equipment covering – Transport, Civil Construction, Mining, Agriculture,
Manufacturing etc.
 Provision of refurbished CAT Equipment;
 Provision of cash sale purchase and sourcing of plant and equipment;
 We have the backup and avenue to supply parts for all plant and equipment
to which are sold to our clients;

The finance strategy designed by Doux Africa has been structured to assist smaller operations in the attainment of
Plant & Equipment and it is a new concept which has been embraced by our clients. Each application receives our
direct attention and is addressed individually on its own merits.
For clients that require financial assistance we can support as follows in the provision of New Chinese Top Brand
Equipment and Refurbished CAT Equipment:
Revised Finance Strategy – effective as of 15th
February 2016
 $5,000 Commitment Fee (upon signing Commitment Letter)
 5% Down payment (upon signing of the MOU)
 60% Coverage by SBLC (CIF Value – coverage 12months only)
 12-24 Month Finance Terms (12months - <$500,000.00 / 24months >$500,000.00)
 3.95% Interest Rate
Warranty
 New truck one year or 120,000km whatever occurs first;
 Trailer one year or 120,000km whatever occurs first;
 Vehicles one year or 120,000km whatever occurs first;
 New Construction equipment one year or 1000 hours whatever occur first;
 Refurbished 90 days from reception time on contractual warranty;

Doux Africa has a solid, well established network of proven suppliers to which Doux Africa can source and supply
quality standard Plant & Equipment. Doux Africa suppliers ensure that the equipment provided to our clients is in
pristine condition, has an impeccable and complete service history. We do not want our clients to receive Plant
and/or Equipment that will fail to meet the client’s requirements and expectations.
