(WFH).
• Work from anywhere, telework, remote job,
mobile work.
• Remote work is an arrangement in which
employees do not commute to central place of
work.
• A company in which all workers perform remote
work is known as a distributed company.

• Cost reduction.
• Higher employee motivation and job
satisfaction.

DRAWBACKS
• Drawbacks due to reduced face-to-face
interactions.

hour’s.
